My Senior Said She Only Wanted a Taste (English)

Rinrada Chotitham knows exactly what she wants from the kitchen: freedom to experiment, room to fail, and credit for the work that carries her name.

What she does not want is Khemika Vareekul watching every measurement she forgets to record.

Khem is a final-year culinary student, competition captain, and the kind of senior who notices an unstable dessert before Rin is willing to admit it herself. Precise, controlled, and impossible to impress, she should be the last person Rin wants anywhere near her station.

Instead, one failed semifreddo becomes another test.
Another test becomes a midnight practice.
And somewhere between sour mango, smoked coconut, and a kitchen that never seems to close early enough, Rin starts noticing that Khem is watching more than the plate.

The attraction is mutual. Acting on it is the easy part.

Keeping it separate from competition, authority, ambition, and professional recognition is much harder.

Because when the dessert they create together begins attracting attention, Rin discovers that being wanted in private is not the same as being acknowledged when other people are watching.
