The company has appointed a team of experts to monitor, detect, and prevent any content violating copyrights or laws. In addition, the company has put in place mechanisms to enable reporting of suspected illegal content directly to the experts. Those who wish the company, as a service provider, to take action against content that violates the law can do so by notifying the company along with supporting evidence.

Content Presentation Classification

The company has criteria for categorizing content suitable for each user group, considering key factors for best-selling rankings, including sales volume, and essential factors for categorizing books that users may be interested in, depending on the relevance of the content to the users. The platform categorizes content into 3 types:

1. General content accessible on the website.
2. Content suitable for users aged 18 and over, symbolize by 18+.
3. Content suitable for specific user groups, limiting display to only certain user groups, such as yearbooks

Classifying works depends on the team's examination and consideration of the works' content.

Regarding the ranking of e-books displayed on the website, the company has criteria for ranking presentations, considering key factors for best-selling rankings, including sales volume, and essential factors for categorizing books that users may be interested in, depending on the relevance of the content to the users. The platform categorizes groups into 6 types:

Bestsellers Ranked by current sales volume as the main factor.
New Arrivals Ranked by the order of book sales from the most recent to the oldest.
Promotions Only books with promotions are ranked by the end date of the promotion.
Free Distribution Only books available for free download, based on popularity as the main factor.
Rising Stars Only books labeled as Best Seller, Movie, and Award, ranked by the release date, from the most recent to the oldest.
Recommendations Books selected and ranked by the team.
