As per the Notification of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society B.E 2560 (2017), if you, as an individual, come across computer data that is unlawful as defined under Section 14 of the Computer-Related Crime Act B.E 2550 (2007) (as amended) (“Illegal Computer Data”), you have the power to request the Company, as a service provider, to suppress, or remove Illegal Computer Data from the computer system under the Company’s control. This can be done by filling in a Complaint Form, providing all the necessary details and supporting documents, and submitting them to the Company.

Required Supporting Documents

• Fill out all the details correctly and sign in the Complaint Form.
• A certified true and correct copy of a police daily report or a letter of complaint
• A certified true and correct copy of documents or evidence submitted to an inquiry official or a police officer
• ​If the person signing the Complaint Form is an authorized representative or attorney of the Complainant, please submit an original Power of Attorney signed by the Complainant and the Complainant’s authorized representative or attorney, with a duty stamp duly affixed as required by law.
